Commissioned by DesignMiami/ Basel in response to the theme “Conversation Pieces”, this project explores an installation that encourages fluid interaction between people and space.
To foster genuine engagement, we sought to choreograph a situation where people are invited—but not compelled—to enter and connect with the space or with others within it. Built with a bare-minimal structure, the installation visually asserts itself against its surroundings, yet remains free of physical encumbrances, allowing openness and ease of movement. Year: 2011
