The new Thoughtworks office required a dedicated client engagement area, with the challenge of clearly distinguishing client-facing spaces from everyday work areas while maintaining a sociable yet professional atmosphere.

The design introduces a central “hub” dedicated to hosting clients and equipped with a range of essential amenities. These include meeting rooms of varying sizes, booth seating, a breakout lounge, quiet rooms for private calls, and a presentation arena. Surrounding the hub, the Thoughtworkers’ work zones remain agile and flexible, with small meeting spaces and informal discussion areas positioned nearby to support a highly collaborative workflow. Focus rooms and lounges are strategically integrated throughout the workplace, providing opportunities for quiet work, focused conversations, and calls.

Together, these spaces create a refreshing and sociable workplace that seamlessly balances client engagement, collaboration, and focused work—comprehensively supporting an efficient, productive, and enjoyable workday.
