OCBC Premier Bank

OCBC Bank sought to create a new banking experience for premier customers in Singapore’s bustling lifestyle district. The flagship branch needed to balance openness—allowing passersby glimpses into the space—with the privacy and exclusivity expected of a premium banking environment.

We developed a singular sculptural element to mediate this tension: tall granite walls positioned against large framed windows, paired with custom privacy sofas. The arrangement creates a visual connection between the interior and the street while maintaining discretion for banking transactions.

The granite walls extend throughout the branch, defining the teller rooms, lift lobby, and corridor leading to the meeting rooms. This cohesive material and colour language not only guides circulation but also creates a calm, gallery-like atmosphere, giving the branch a distinctive sense of openness, privacy, and refinement.
